You input the Mood Score by tapping and holding the large mood score button. The longer you hold the higher the Mood Score. It's an easy and quick way to store your mood in the moment. Don't worry though, if you want to change it, just tap the Mood Score or head into Settings. Be sure to setup a reminder and then use the nice graphs to check out how your mood or satisfaction changes. Good for reflections! Note: Touch Mood is not designed for medical purposes. Talk to your doctor if you're suffering from any mood disorders or are afraid you might do so.
